Retainer Rates
Retainers availabe starting at a minimum of 5 hours per month. Rates very on quantity of hours. Contact us to discuss further. Our rates are competitve and affordable.
Donations
Virtual Business Solutions On Demand donates 1% of business profits to Cancer Research. Lets help to find a cure for cancer.
Terms and Conditions
- Rush Jobs and Weekend jobs are subject to a premium rate.
- Canadian Holidays and US Holidays are observed however should there be a urgent project and if there is an available VA time may be billed at a premium rate.
- There is a service fee on all NSF/Returned checks (Bank Rate) and inconvenience charge of $25 also applies.
- All rates are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. (Canadian clients will be billed 5% GST)
- Five hour minimum purchase there after billed in 15 minute increments.
- We do not allow carry over of unused hours. Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Expenses (supplies, materials, postage etc) are not included and will be billed to the client at cost.
- Payments required in advance.
- Retainers require a contract agreement, are based on a minimum of three (3) months and billed monthly in advance.
- Billing cycle 1st of every month for Retainer Packages.
- Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects.
- Retainer hours are non refundable due to hours being reserved for the month.
