All projects are unique and may result in different pricing. In order to determine pricing for your project, please contact us for a detailed price quote and for services not listed below. Prices starting as low as $32.00 per hour.

Terms and Conditions

Rush Jobs and Weekend jobs are subject to a premium rate.
Canadian Holidays and US Holidays are observed however should there be a urgent project and if there is an available VA time may be billed at a premium rate.
There is a service fee on all NSF/Returned checks (Bank Rate) and inconvenience charge of $25 also applies.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. (Canadian clients will be billed 5% GST)
Five hour minimum purchase there after billed in 15 minute increments.
We do not allow carryover of unused hours. Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Expenses (supplies, materials, postage etc) are not included and will be billed to the client at cost.
Payments required in advance.
Retainers require a contract agreement, are based on a minimum of three (3) months and billed monthly in advance. Retainers are available in 3-month increments first month is payable in advance.
Billing cycle 1st of every month for Retainer Packages.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects.
Retainer hours are non refundable due to hours being reserved for the month.
